Terms
Terms and conditions
These terms explain the rules for using the LIIA website. Please read them carefully: by using the website, you accept them.
Last updated: 11 October 2026
1. About these terms
The website liia.one is operated by LIIA (“LIIA”, “we”, “us”). You can contact us at contact@liia.one.
By using the website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
2. The website and the experience
The website is an interactive presentation of LIIA, its philosophy, its entities and its solutions. It includes a cinematic journey, narration by Thoth, pages of information and forms for contacting us.
Its characters, stories and scenes are artistic and symbolic. They are inspired by ancient Egypt and are not intended as a scholarly account of history or religion.
3. Solutions and availability
Some LIIA solutions are live and available on their own websites or in app stores. Each has its own terms and policies, which apply when you use it.
Other solutions are in development and described as coming soon. Their features, names and timing may change, and the descriptions on this website are not a commitment to release any particular feature.
4. General information, not advice
Thoth, our guide, the Ask LIIA preview and all other content on the website provide general information about LIIA only. The Ask LIIA preview uses scripted answers.
Nothing on the website is professional advice — medical, legal, financial or otherwise — and nothing on it is a religious ruling. For decisions that matter to you, always consult a qualified professional or scholar.
5. Intellectual property
The LIIA name and mark, Thoth, Mem, the entities, the Key of Life artwork, and the website’s text and design belong to LIIA and are protected by law.
Photographs of monuments and museum objects from third parties are used under their own free licences, which are listed on the Credits page.
You may view the website and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce or reuse its content, characters or artwork without our written permission, except where the law allows.
6. Permitted use and prohibited conduct
You may use the website for personal and lawful purposes: to explore it, to learn about LIIA and to contact us. You agree not to:
- use the website in a way that breaks the law or harms others;
- try to disrupt or overload the website, or gain unauthorised access to it or its systems;
- send spam, malicious code or misleading information through the forms;
- impersonate LIIA, Thoth or any other person;
- copy or scrape the website’s content, characters or artwork;
- use the LIIA name or characters to suggest an endorsement we have not given.
7. What you send through the forms
When you send a form, please give accurate information and share only what you have the right to share.
Ideas, suggestions and other material you send are shared voluntarily. Sending them does not create any obligation of confidentiality, nor any partnership, employment, investment or other relationship, unless we agree to one in writing.
Please do not send confidential material, trade secrets or sensitive personal information through the forms. LIIA builds its own solutions and may independently develop ideas similar to those it receives.
8. Links to other websites
The website links to other websites, including those of LIIA solutions and app stores. Their own terms and policies apply when you visit them.
9. Availability and changes to the website
We may change, update, suspend or remove any part of the website at any time. We do our best to keep it available and accurate, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted or free of errors.
10. Disclaimer
The website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranties of any kind, express or implied, about the website or its content.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, LIIA is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from your use of the website or from reliance on its content.
Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Privacy
Our Privacy policy explains how we handle information on this website, and our Cookies and local storage page explains the settings kept in your browser. Please read them alongside these terms.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last updated. If you continue to use the website after a change, you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable where LIIA is established.
If you have a concern, please write to us first. We will try to resolve it amicably by email.
15. Contact
For any question about these terms, write to contact@liia.one.
